Anxiety is the number one mental health problem in the United States today. It’s the top reason people seek therapy for themselves and for their children. In my experience, when people understand how anxiety works, they are able to manage it.
My approach to treating anxiety is strategic and skill based and grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with people of all ages who are struggling to manage their anxiety. The goal is for people to learn skills that they can use to change patterns for themselves and for the generations to follow.
